Mini Factory Conveyor – DIY Kit
Short Product Description
Build your own working mini conveyor belt and explore how real factories move products! The Mini Factory Conveyor – DIY Kit lets kids assemble a functioning belt-and-roller system that transports small objects—just like an industrial production line.
What’s Inside the Box
-
Laser-cut wooden sheets (all frame & roller parts)
-
Wooden rollers and axle dowels
-
Rubber-band belt loops (conveyor belt)
-
Side panels & PETG guide rails
-
Wooden blocks for testing movement

How It Works
Kids assemble a roller frame, fit rotating wooden rollers, and wrap the rubber-band belt around them.
Turning the side crank drives the rollers, which moves the belt forward—transporting items along the conveyor!
Mechanics demonstrated:
-
Roller rotation
-
Belt tension & alignment
-
Friction-driven movement
With correct alignment, kids can test smooth transport using the included cubes.
