Hovercraft Motion – DIY Kit
Short Product Description
Build a real working hovercraft that glides on air! Kids learn how air pressure, lift, and engineering design work together to create smooth motion using a fan-powered air cushion.

How It Works
Kids assemble the hovercraft base and attach the flexible skirt beneath it.
When the motorized fan blows air downward:
-
The skirt inflates
-
A cushion of air forms beneath the platform
-
The hovercraft floats slightly above the surface
-
Reduced friction allows smooth gliding across floors
This demonstrates real-world hovercraft engineering used in rescue vehicles and transport crafts.
